Annual pass discount for DVC

Does anyone have the prices for the annual pass discount for a DVC member. Looking for renewal price as well.

I called the other day and was told $400 (plus tax?) for a DVC PAP renewal. Didn't ask about a regular AP.

If you renew your AP do they send a voucher that will begin when activated or does it begin when the other expires? If you just order an AP through DVC is it already activated?

Renewals pick-up right when the original pass expires.

Vouchers purchased through the website do not begin until they are activated at the park gates.
