Annual Pass and room rate

Does anyone know what is the regular discount for annual passholder room rate is if there isn't any specials going on?

There is no regular discount for AP holders. They are released through out the year and there are some weeks with no discounts. I just keep checking the pass holder section Disney World main site. The current promotion ends on Oct 1. The discounts are different for the different levels of resorts, eg, value, moderate, deluxe, and DVC. They generally are from 25%-40% sometimes it only goes up to 30 or 35%.

Oh, I thought that there must be some sort of little discount all the time because if I book a reservation when there isn't a special they always tell me that I have the passholder rate. I have never actually subtracted the "passholder room rate" from the regular room rate so they may not be a discount. I was just hoping - I guess the only advantage is that I don't have to book tickets when getting the dining plan.

I'm waiting to see what kind of discount will be offered for the Fall-hoping it will give me an idea of what to expect for our trip in Jan.
