Annual pass and DDE

I was wondering if I purchased a child's annual pass would that be enough to get the DDE card?

I would doubt it, as DDE members must be at least 21 years old because the discount applies to alcoholic beverages.

Right must be an adult Annual Passholder to purchase the DDE.
