annual meetings

when are the annual meetings this year? i think we will just miss ours at OKW by one day! can we attend another? thanks

I think you can attend other meetings but I'm not positive. They are "owners" meetings but it's worth asking.

The dates are:

12/3 - VWL meeting at 10:00 a.m. and Beach Club Villas at 2:00 p.m.

12/5 -- OKW at 10:00 a.m. and BWV at 2:00 p.m.

12/9 -- HHI at 9:00 a.m.

12/13 -- Vero Beach at 2:00 p.m.


This is from the VM. It says "Please check with the Front Desk at each resort for the location of each meeting."

Janet, all DVC members will receive information about their home resorts annual meeting - usually in November, I think. It will show the budget, issues to be aproved & information about where to call to let them know you plan to attend. RSVP helps them know how many people to plan for - chairs, coffee, etc.

Attending an annual meeting is a good way to see DVC "management" at work, how your money is being spent, current issues, etc. Also, you can talk before or after the meeting with many of the CMs.
