Annual Meeting

Now that the details have been released on date and time for the annual meeting - does anyone have an idea of how long the meeting will last? I know it is supposed to no-frills this year, so do you think it will all be over by 3?

I doubt it. They have the business meeting that should only take 15 - 30 minutes, then the association meeting where they vote on accepting the accounting reports, dues increases, etc.

This is the first no frills meeting so it's hard to say. In the past, they would make us leave the room at around 5:00 PM.

I'm thinking 60-90 minutes.

Without the breaks for entertainment, it will move pretty quickly. They are allowing some Q&A, but it's supposed to be limited to budgets and other meeting agenda items. The length may ultimately depend upon how lenient they are in allowing certain Q&A topics.

Wow that's pretty quick. No announcement about Grand Flo? I would think this would be the time to divulge some info.

They won't say much about GF unless they actually have something to report. Since they have not released 2014 point charts yet, I am guessing you may hear that they are going to make some adjustments again and perhaps to those who are sitting in the room at the time (the Dec 1-14 period).
