What are the current annual maintainence fees for DVC? How does that work?

The annual fees are as a cost per point and will vary (sometimes considerably) from resort-to-resort.

Here is a link to a table by Disneyberry showing the <a href="http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=483351">history of annual fees</a> over the years.

Just multiply the amount for your resort by the number of points owned. These are the estimated amounts (the property taxes are estimated each year and can raise or lower the actual amount each year)- actual rates are applied on the end of the year and added (usually deducted) from the following year's statement.
