Annual Dues Statement Review

I just got my SSR Dues statment review today. I would like to compare it to VWL, BCV, BWV, OKW, HH and VB if you can provide some info just like I calculated it below:

SSR Dues 2006 = $3.98 (+$0.18 increase from 2005)
SSR Property Tax from 2005 shortfall = $0.325
SSR Total payment for me = $4.305 per point

I received the following info from The Timeshare Store

2006 Annual Dues:
SSR 3.98
OKW 4.24
HH 4.34
BCV 4.48
VWL 4.61
BWV 4.69
VB 5.27

That is the official prices...but I want to know the real prices when you apply the 2005 tax shortfall or overpayment and the percent increase over last year.

It appears the OKW got the largest percent increase. I have seen them really updating that property.

I feel the pain of owning in VB.....ouch

OKW appears to be the following:

2006 Dues: 4.2410
2005 Underpayment of Taxes (derived from this year's and last year's statements to get the cost per point): .20 (for all intents and purposes)

OKW total for 2006: $4.44

BCV:

2006 Dues: 4.4808
2005 Underpayment of Taxes: .153

BCV total for 2006: $4.6308

HH:

2006 Dues: 4.3421
2005 Underpayment of Taxes: (.0265) Overpayment

HH total for 2006: $4.3156

If I am looking at that right it looks like OKW took one large jump in dues from last year. WOW!!!

We really won't know for at least another year. This year seemed to be an aberration with respect to the underestimation of property taxes.

BWV:

2006 Dues: $4.6902
2005 Underpayment of taxes: $.1482

Total: $4.8384

This is the third year in a row that BWV taxes were underestimated. 2003 was .029, 2004 was .0838. Each time, the next year's estimate was lower than the prior actual, which doesn't make sense. I posted this previously:
