Annual Dues ?'s

Does anyone know when I will be able to see what my dues for 2011 will be? I'm hoping to pay the credit card bill (its a US$ card for Canadians) for the dues as well as the DP I added on to our up coming trip all with 1 payment. The dues are officially due in just over a month so I am surprised to not see them yet on the DVCmeber website.

You should have already received the proposed dues for 2011 in the mail. They were sent out a couple of weeks ago. They will be voted on at the Annuall Meeting this Thursday and the actual dues statements will be mailed out in the next couple of weeks.

Here is the complete history of annual fees over the last 19 years. The listing for 2011 has not yet been approved, but that will likely happen Thursday afternoon.

I haven't recieved anything to date. This might be that it takes longer for the mail to go international. I was hoping that it would be posted on the dvcmember website in advance of the paper bill I should recieve. I guess I just need to wait a little longer. Thanks for the quick reply Doc and all the above info on the historical overview of the dues at all the resorts.

We have not received any notices related to 2011 dues at AKL and we live in New York. My parents own at SSR and live in Ohio and as of last night they had not received anything regarding their 2011 dues either. I assume the info on these boards is reliable with regard to 2011 dues at all of the resorts, assuming approval at the annual meeting.

You might have not realized that the amount of dues was part of the Thursday's meeting notice.

We received our SSR proposed dues booklet last week, and received our AKV proposed dues booklet today. It's a small white half booklet, with lots of info in it.

The dues announcement was included in the formal announcement of the Annual Meeting. The only variation in the dues would be the actual Property Taxes for 2010. Any adjustment (higher or lowwer) will be included in the 2011 statement. We did have a couple of years where dues actaully went down for this reason when the estimated property taxes had been overestimnated for the prior year.

When speaking with MS today about my March trip I asked when I could expect to see it on the website. The CM called someone in members accounting and came back to say I should be able to see it by Dec 20th on the website. Thanks to all who replied.
