Annual Dues Question

I have read that the Annual Dues for SSR are $3.80 per point each year. Is this the same as Maintenance Fees or is this a separate fee? Thanks for your response.

That's your maintenance fee.

your maintenance fees, you can set up a automatic with draw once a month out of your checking account only or pay them between the time you recieve them the very end of dec. thru i believe its feb. 14 by calling and paying by credit card, i always pay mine as soon as i get it so its done , and i dont have to worry about it for another year.
