Annual Dues Question

We haven't received our dues statement in the mail & I cannot view it online. We are set up with automatic deduction through our checking account & it hit on the 1st of every month last year.
Do you think the deduction will hit on January 1st even though we haven't been given anything to look at yet?
All I see is that it is due on the 15th of January & is considered late on Feb 15th

No, the first payment is always deducted 1/15.

I got my statement for my add-on today. Apparently I need to notify DVC about automatic debit for this add-on. I have STILL NOT received my statement for all of my other contracts. Am I the only one still missing a statement?

I have signed up for auto debit for my dues, and I have not received my statement either. I think the ones who are getting them now are those who are paying all at once. Your debit amount should be shown on the dvc member web site though. Mine are.

I got my statement today, and I use monthly debit.

I have one contract on "monthly payment" and one on "pay in full", and have only received a statement for the "pay in full" one. I also cannot view my statement online. This is such a poor online system for a company as large as Disney.

We have two "pay in full" contracts at OKW, and although we haven't received paper statements for either, today I went online, reviewed both contracts and paid them in full. The Canadian dollar has been fairly steady in recent weeks and I didn't want to risk it dropping any over the next week or two.

I've not gotten my snail mail copy, but can view and print it online. I was shocked to see it went down some. I was expecting $3K and was happy to see it was $500 less than what I was expecting. I am set up for automatic deductions, but have been paying with my Disney Visa since I have managed to save for my dues and have the money stashed away. AT least I get to get some rewards dollars back on my Visa. I'll probably pay mine this week and know I'm good for another year.

I never did receive my Vero contract budget breakout (the one sent prior to the annual meeting). Anyone else not receive there's?

They should have mailed these out a few weeks ago. I've never seen it take this long.

We cannot veiw our annual dues statement online and have not received one in the mail. We are new owners and did not close until late Oct. How long should I wait before I contact MS?

Just viewed ours online. We also get ours deducted monthly, and it did show the $30 credit for our OKW contracts. There was also an adjustment (rerund) for overpayment of taxes. Unfortunately, there was an adjustment the OTHER way on the AKV points, but no biggie. Anyway, now that I know they are stilll deducting it monthly like they always have been, I don't care WHEN the dues statement arrives!

Have received our bills for our contracts. Can i still do a auto payment for a monthly plan or is it too late. We have 3 contracts and would be nice to spread out payment. Also, if we put on on Disney card is the reward dollars worth it.
