Annual dues-not received as of Friday

Hi everyone, myself & my son are both DVC members, we are in Canada, lately, we have been getting mail from DVC very very late, our Annual dues statements have not arrived as of yet. Is anyone else still waiting for them? when are they due? thanks Val S.

Often it seems, the mail service between US and Canada is "lacking". I think they are "due" before the end of the month -or- upon checkin at a DVC resort (whichever comes first), they are not considered LATE unti mid February.

You can call member accounting and get the payment info and address...or are Canadians able to do the monthly bank draft? In which case, you can still call member accounting and get the amounts that will be drafted.

We have paid our dues, but have not yet received the statement.

I believe the DVC website states that dues statements should be received by January 15, so you still have a little time left. I have noticed local mail slow since the holidays here, even. Good luck!
