Just looked at our account on the website and there they are, our dues. We ended up having a $64 credit from last year, b/c of the proration- yay!!! We only owe $430

I just checked the Members website and on my contact for BCV it stated that I have to call accounting, this's a problem with my contract wonder what this is about. I've owed there for about 4 years now and never had a problem. Any guesses what it could be about?

I've got the same problem. My guess is it is just a glitch in posting dues. I'm not going to call for a week or two and see if it resolves itself.

We had a nice big credit for AKV (Kidani Village) too, it was due to less then anticipated property taxes.

Yup, since our unit didn't exist on Jan 1st, 2009 our taxes are essentially nil for 2009.

I just looked again and it no longer says I have to call member services. They just want my $$$ now!

Thanks for the heads up. I just paid mine. They are set for direct debit but I opted to pay it all now on my Disney Visa so I get some Disney Dollars for it.

yup - that's what we do too.

I choose not to pay them all now, I have Marriott MF's that are due in Jan, and that is about $3500, so I like being able to pay them monthly.

Looks like our MF's for AKV- Kidani are about $4.31/pp seems a lot less than last year.

If I remember correctly there's a bit of a 'grace' window - if you pay by second week of February no penalty is added.

Also, don't know if this could be an option for you, but some purchase Disney Gift Cards to pay off their MFs with.

Or open a US Bank account for the specific purpose of dues.

Looks like our MF's for AKV- Kidani are about $4.31/pp seems a lot less than last year.

The gross rate per point is higher then last year, but Kidani owners received a fairly large credit per point for taxes, which is decreasing the net amount per point.

Ah, that's lovely. 12 months to pay 12 months of dues, instead of 4 months to pay 6ish months of dues.
