Usually 2 or 3 weeks before the annual meeting, which is 12/13 this year.

I hate that my dues went up 6% but I guess I'm thankful we are still one of the cheapest (BLT).

About $17 more a month for us. Definitely manageable. Wish BLT hadn't gone up so much but not too surprised after some of the issues there.

Not to burst your bubble, but if BLT and SSR continue increasing at the same rate as the last 2 years, in 2-3 years BLT and SSR will have the same MF.

Personally though I would expect the rate of increase at BLT to eventually slow down.
