So, for those of you who remember this thread about the crazy client who drives me insane:
Annoying Lady Thread
Here's an update. She called me yesterday afternoon 1 minute before I had a meeting and wanted me to call the insurance and check on her September claim...which was mailed MONDAY!!!
I tried to explain this to her...that they won't even have it yet, etc. But she didn't care. So I finally caved and told her I'd call in the morning. Response:
"Can't you just do it now??"
Uh, no, I can't. Believe it or not, lady, you are not the center of my universe.
