Announcement Of New Search Function From Webmaster Alex

We are opening up some new search modifications for TESTING. Let me make it clear this is only in the TESTING stage.
The improvements include:
1. Ability to find all posts by a user
2. It shows posts as well as threads
3. It does a good job at searching for a user and a keyword, for example "webmasteralex" in the username box and "post" in the keyword box will show you all posts by webmasteralex with the word "post" in them

Here are some issues we already know about so you don't need to report them again:
1. The boards are still being indexed, that means that some older posts may be missing, that will clear up as time goes by
2. There may be some occasional downtime as they work on the new system
3. There will be some "glitches"
It's still in the testing phase!

In order to access the test search you must change your style to "california gold" as that is the only one that has it active right now.
