Ugh this is annoying. Now Soarin will be the top tier 2 ride and nearly impossible to get. I wish they had kept it as a tier 1.

Does this mean that Soarin will be a tier 1 for those making genie pass selections prior to this change or will this change take effect for anyone making selections after this date?

I would anticipate this change will happen the date Test Track re-opens - July 22nd, not earlier.

Good news! I was worried TT would have VQ for the first few months.

Test track is one our favourites, and knowing it is open for early rides when we are at Boardwalk next month is really great. It makes sense it becomes Tier 1 ride.
