Anniversary Question

Hi all!

My wife and I will be attending the world in Oct. for a weekend for our first anniversary. Does WDW offer a horse ride or anything special? I thought I heard there was a horse ride for couples. Thanks.

Are you thinking of something like a carriage ride? I know they have trail rides where you are actually on a horse. There are lots of romantic opportunities at WDW. Please surf around the Dis and you'll find lots of restaurant suggestions, massage and spa options, boat rides, etc.

If you are considering the carriage ride you can do that at Ft. Wilderness and at Port Orleans. I did the carriage ride at Ft. Wilderness 2 years ago, it was ok but I probably wouldn't go again.

If you are looking for other romantic ideas - try a couples massage at the GF Spa, or dinner at V&A's.

You could have a re-hitching ceremony at the Garden Grille.
Have a nice dinner at the GF hotel & order the glass slipper dessert (must be done in advance).
Book an Illuminations Fireworks Cruise.
