Anniversary Dinner/Animal Kingdom Lodge

My Sister-in-Law and her hubbie are celebrating their anniversary by staying one night at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. They are Florida Residents and are getting a good price. They are looking for ideas to celebrate their anniversary. Does Animal Kingdom Lodge offer any special activities that you all would recommend? They don't have gobs of money to spend, so please keep that in mind. Thanks!!

I'm not aware of any special activities they have, but dining at Jiko's would be a terrific way to celebrate an anniversary.

Jiko's is a super restaurant. They should definitely go there.

Yes, you may want to try Jiko...also, if your sister and BiL are staying on a concierge floor, they may sign up for a sunset safari. Do not know, how much that would cost, but what a special way to celebrate an anniversary, while driving in a truck through the savannah's of Animal Kingdom Lodge. And after that, about an hour and a half, you'll have dinner at Jiko...in any case, they'll have a great time...

Another vote for Jiko's! We went for my birthday in May & it was fantastic! The food was great & everyone who worked there was so wonderful!
