Anniversary Autograph Cover

Hello,

For our upcoming Anniversary trip my husband and I plan to meet as many characters as we can! I was wondering if one of the fabulous DISigners on here would be able to create an anniversary autograph cover for me? I looked through the DISigners and didn't see an anniversary one.

I would like it to be 5x7 and have 10th Anniversary and our names, Mike & Katie on it.
