Anniversary at GF..any ideas???

Will be celebrating our first anniversary this Sept.. We are staying at GF for a few days. I am debating on where to celebrate at? Narcoosees or have room service and a romantic meal in? We don't want to go to Victorias and Alberts....doesn't appeal to us at all. Thanks!

Also debating on where to stay...RPC or SLC.

I would do room service!!! Though the food at Narcoossee's is pretty good, they certainly have some service issues and was very $$$$. ($126 for the two of us). We thought the room service food was excellent and was not near as expensive as 'coossee's. Plus, it is a much more intimate experience.


I would stay RPC if you can afford it. I understand that SLC is kind of like a bed and breakfast, which is nice, but it is cool to be able to walk right out of your room and be in the middle of the action. I LOVED RPC and missed it on our last trip!!

Thank you so much!!! I really like the idea of room service. We ate at Narcoossees during our honeymoon. It was pretty magical watching the fireworks. I also ordered a small wedding cake for us. We ended up bringing it back home with us...after purchasing a cooler. It was a very expensive dinner!!! Glad to know that room service is cheaper.

You might want to look at menues on allears.net IIR room service was mighty pricy as well. We always enjoy at least one meal in the privacy of our room.
