Love to know what's available in the club lounge for those who have stayed here. We really want to stay at a Disneyland Hotel but not sure I can justify staying at a Disney Hotel when we can save over $600.00 at the Marriott.
Like to know what's available at breakfast and dinner time.
How far a walk to Disneyland ? Is ART easy to use ? How often do they run ?

any info on this hotel would be appreciated-:)

We stayed there on club level 3 years ago, so hopefully someone with more recent info replies for you!

We really enjoyed it. At the time there were hot and cold items for breakfast. Bacon, sausage, eggs as well as beautiful fresh fruit ( really really nice fresh fruit) and the usual cereal, toast, yogurt etc. The evening was a hot snack and chips, salsa etc. It was a self serve honor bar.... Pour yourself a glass of wine and write your room number on a chit. $8!!!! The fridge was always stocked with water and sodas. We had breakfast every morning and after the first evening did not go back for another "happy hour" .

This last trip we stayed at the Sheraton Park club level. I was worried about how DH would like it as it was a continental breakfast in the lounge. It was fabulous!!! Really good service in the lounge. Breakfast was wonderful... Included Starbucks lattes etc!! We did not miss the bacon and eggs. The evening was gratis bar and 3 hot snack selections as well as chips with guac, fruit, cheese, breads and crackers. We would always tip our server. Fridge was always stocked with water and soda etc. We went every morning for breakfast and most early afternoons would take a break from the parks, go for a swim and head up to the lounge for a drink and snacks before heading back to the parks.

Art was right in front of the Marriott, but we did not end up using it. We walked. With little ones you might want to use it or take it back in the evenings after a long day. Our kids were 6 and 9 at the time. The pool was nice. We only used it once, but it was cool when we went. Garden walk was close by for restaurants. We walked over there a couple of times. There was a Pizza Hut in the hotel. We ordered one of their meal deals through room service one night..... for $40 we got 2 pizzas, breadsticks, dip, cheese sticks , sodas and a pint of hagendaz (on ice in a champagne bucket lol ) All delivered with real plates, silverware, linen napkins delivered and set up. It was hilarious.... Quite the fancy pizza dinner! Lol I think there was a Starbucks in the lobby. The bathroom was all in one- the vanity was in the same room as the toilet and shower. Service was wonderful, can't say enough about the staff there.

If you can get a free upgrade at the Marriott go for it, however I would not pay for club level there. I would pay to upgrade to club at the Sheraton.

Have fun!!!!

I dont' have any experience with the club level but we stayed at the Marriot last July when we went to Disneyland. The ART bus was right in front of the hotel and only had one stop before reaching the park and we were the first stop on the way back. We purchased our ART tickets at the front desk when we checked in and had it added to our room bill.

If you are familiar with other Marriott concierge lounges, the one at the Anaheim Marriott is quite typical. I've not been there for evening appetizers (always in the parks!), but the breakfast spread is a comprehensive continental with hot oatmeal, scrambled eggs, and sausage also available.

I will point out that the concierge lounge has sometimes been CRAZY busy--the worst I've ever seen. I feel bad for the business people staying there to have to deal with such poorly controlled kids!

The other important point to note is that the lounge is closed on the weekend (after Friday's breakfast until Sunday's appetizers).
