I know a lot of people are curious about the FP+ wait times since there's been a lot of speculation. I saw Anna and Elsa with a FP+ this morning. Our fast pass times were 9:15 (for myself) and 9:40 (for my husband.) We got in line at 9:35am and literally were able to walk right up to the first Mickey tapstyle. There were at least 5 'manager' CMs around, several with iPads, but we had no issue at all. We tapped our way into the hallway and were the third family waiting. We only waited a couple minutes and were able to do our second Mickey tapstyle and were taken in the room. (Just so everyone knows, A & E are in Fairytale Hall on the side that Cinderella used to occupy, the one that exits into Sir Mickey's). It took us a total of 10 minutes from the time we first tapped our magic band until my 2 year old daughter was face to face with Anna and Elsa. There was no overflow or excessive waiting with our FP+ and it went very, very smoothly. (I've honestly had longer waits to see Cinderella with a FP+ in recent weeks.)
The posted time outside was 180 minutes and when we were meeting with Tiana prior to coming to Fairytale Hall, all of the CMs were warning us about the 3 hour long line. (The lowest time I saw posted was 150 minutes, but just for the record today MK opened at 8am for EMH.)
In truth (at least what I experienced) everything was VERY organized. There were even managers in the room with the princesses and they had additional rope queue outside of the line for the A & E queue to weave around. They've added additional signage to direct people to the right space to wait and there are a lot of CMs watching the whole area.
FWIW, the gentleman two families behind us right before we met with A & E told the CM in the room that the time posted was 3 hours and he only waited an hour and a half. (And I know he was telling the truth because even with EMH the park had only been open one hour and 45 minutes by that point.)
While at the park (we left around 1pm) I saw the highest wait time posted at 180, but no line at all spilling out of the FP+ area. Things seemed to be very organized with the line as well.
And here are a couple pics I snapped, including my daughter (as toddler Anna) with A & E.
Oh yes, and the visiting princess we saw was Jasmine.
p.s. I have FP+ for next Saturday and Sunday to take my daughter back, so I will be curious how things go then as well, but for a major holiday, things seemed to be going very smoothly.

....BTW, your daughter is adorable and I love her dress.
