Anna & Elsa Standby times?

where do I see the A&E wait times on the MDE app? I dont see any character wait times.:confused3

Good news is the few posts on here from yesterday with FP+ seemed to be very smooth with no wait even later in the day. People were concerned there would be a 60+ min wait for FP+ if you didn't have one at 9am.

While standby lines look as bad as they were in Norway (to be expected during a holiday week) if the FP+ waits are not bad I view that as a major positive. At least for those of us staying at a Disney resort.

If you were unable to secure A&E FP+, check again NOW! I was just able to secure one for May 3rd! And they had lots of time slots to choose from:)

I have plenty of time before I can my my FP+, but i do not see A&E in the MK FP+ choices. I just checked for May 3rd

Weird. I just got one for 1:05pm-2:05pm on the 3rd and there were about 8 other time frames to choose from.

Thanks for your note. Just moved mine a little earlier. I wonder if they are about to open two new girls for a second set of Frozen princesses. Or else they saw yesterday they had far more capacity for FP+ (although that would only slowdown the standby even more).

I was just able to get one for the morning of April 29th. That was easy. I haven't been trying because I figured it would be impossible. If your visiting next week it is worth it to check.

Edited to add: The time that I originally got was not optimum with our touring plan, so I went in and was able to change it with lots of times offered.

Disney's Fp+ goal is a wait of 10 minutes or less. With most posters reporting a wait of less than 10 minutes, Management will be (and probably already have) adjusting the Fp+ that are available to guests. They will either increase the number of Fp+ or decrease Standby waits by letting more Standby in. With all guests having access to Fp+, it looks like they will increase the number of Fp+ that are available to pre-select - especially when there are already more time slots available next week.

I figured they released more after evaluating yesterday. I figured we would have to skip A&E this time, but I'm excited to get the chance.

I know. I could not get it to show up in the app on my iphone, but if i logged into the computer I was able to see FP+.
There are a few FP+ that I noticed I can't book on my phone. I even did the map, figuring maybe I was scrolling right past it but not. Princess Fairytale hall is not labeled.

Thanks to everyone that posted FP+ times were opening back up! Just secured an afternoon time for two of us for a day trip in a couple weeks! I got May 3rd and there were still some other afternoon options available :)

I just checked the touring plans website for the current wait time at 10:30 Orlando time. It is currently 275 minutes!! YIKES!!

With them issuing more FPs that standby wait is only going to go up.

Eeek was just going to come on and post about the extra fast passes but see you already know, so so so delighted managed to get one for the 4th may at 9.25am you'd swear I had a winning lottery ticket but it'll mean so so much to my little girl:cool1:

I saw the photo of the sign in that other thread. I'm surprised they didn't at least identify that it would be Jasmine inside. I guess you're not supposed to care?

Because the other Princesses tend to "go in and out" ;)

They would rather have a generic crown then get your hopes up you'll meet one only to meet another. Same principle applies to Tink and her "fairy friend". :)

I'm seeing a trend that Anna, Elsa, Cinderella and Rapunzel are the "star attractions" and featured prominently at PFH and every other princess is a "bonus". A + E coming in has changed that dynamic but before it was Cindy + "princess" and Rapunzel and "princess"

I can't say I'm surprised by this, but I wonder what the standby line looks like outside Fairytale Hall? :crazy2:

I don't think so... They couldn't get the # of extra slots that they did today by pulling from the SB slots. More likely they pulled off one team of C&R (which was seeing little to no waits) to add another team of A&E.

They post the generic crown because it is a revolving door of Princesses that could show up..you might go into the room and its Jasmine, ..or it could be Aurora or Mulan.

Much like if you go to Tinkerbell's Nook, its Tink and her "fairy friend".

So instead of getting your hopes up, they leave it a mystery ;)
