We're going the first week of March, staying offsite and I've had zero luck finding even 1 or 2 A&E FPs. Anyone there recently know what the standby wait times have been running? Hoping they have come down somewhat from the previous madness. We're a group of 11 but most of us don't care, of course meeting Anna and Elsa is all my nieces are talking about. I'll keep trying to get lucky with a couple of FPs just for the girls but also want to make a standby back up plan. Any dip in the line during the 3pm parade maybe?

For those of you that have gotten lucky and found a couple FP+ for A&E what was your strategy? Did you just check MDE once in a while or keep it open and check frequently all day long?

I'm having the same problem. Anna and Elsa are literally the only characters my 4 year old can talk about, and I can only find 1 fast pass for any of the days we will be there (2nd weekend in March). My plan is to go straight there at rope drop, and if it is already too long, try to catch them later in the evening.

Hi. I was lucky enough to score an A&E FP+ for my sister's birthday, but only because I stayed up until midnight to get it. I thought there was a thread on this forum for A&E FP+ cancellations, but I couldn't find it for you

Rope drop is your best bet. If you can take advantage of extra magic hours, that's even better. When I went in July, the wait times did not go down in the evening like I hoped they would, nor did they go down during parade times, meal times, etc. they were at a steady 2 hours every day. That's probably changed since July, though.

Keep trying for a FP+ and like I said there's a cancellations thread floating around here somewhere that could be helpful!!! Sending pixie dust your way so you can catch one

Thanks guys, I will keep it at. We are staying offsite this trip with extended family so no extra magic hours for us. I've never done a rope drop frenzy to a popular attraction with young kids, anyone done this to A&E recently and was it well controlled?

Ahhhhhhhh, I just got two FP+ for A&E on our first MK day in the evening. If I can manage one more for the girl's mother I will be super thrilled, wish me luck with the refresh button lol.

Just to go back to your earlier post/question, I overheard someone saying (in Oct 2014) that they had only a 30 min wait for them during the MSEP. I expect trying during that time, or during Wishes, or perhaps the 3pm FoF parade may be your best option to meet them stand by. Personally, I would not try the rope drop stampede, I don't think it's worth it. Hopefully you will have luck getting all your FP+, but if not, try during parade/fireworks.

We are in the same boat - last minute trip next week (work is sending me, so I can't complain on that end) we will only have one MK day (Thursday, AM EMH day) and while we ARE staying on-site, we booked at the 30 day window so have basically zero shot at A&E (the ONLY thing my 3.5 year old daughter wants to do). She is just not capable of waiting in a line for an hour or more so unless standby is like 45 minutes or under, we are going to have to hope she's satisfied with the singalong. Not a trip-ruiner, for sure, but would definitely be a big let down, so I want to do whatever I can to get her in to see them. Happy to split up from the rest of our party and just have the two of us go, but really haven't seen anything other than "run at rope drop" and "good luck" on any of the searches I've done (here or elsewhere). Doesn't seem like there are any great times to try, and we went for EMH last year and were towards the front of the pack (first ones on Dumbo and Barnstormer) and when we walked by Princess Fairytale Hall, the wait time was at 300 minutes within MOMENTS of park opening. I will, of course, keep trying for FP+ and will see if the concierge sees any availability when we are there but I'm still hoping to find a "best of the worst" wait time for standby.

I know this isn't alot of help for you but its some perspective. We did RD on 02-07 (Sat), opening at 8am. We didn't do A&E this trip as my kids had previously met them. At RD, we went straight to PP but we did pass by A&E on the way there - the stand by line said 60 minutes and we were literally near the front of the pack. I guess that time was based on anticipated crowds because there is no way that many people were in front of us by the time we go there. We passed again when Wishes was about to start and I believe it said 45 minutes.

I was actually going to ask what wait time might be if we got there right at RD on an EMH day - this pretty much answers that!

If you don't get a FP+, I would try to see them at night. If you go late (like two hours-an hour before park closing) the lines really die down. For about 3 hours before regular park closing hours on a night where there was even EMH, the lines were only about 20-25 minutes long. Depends on what time of year you're going as well, but the wait times are pretty manageable at night.

Well I have still had no luck adding the third FP+ so as of now we are going to try and send the two girls in together (8 and 9 yo). The girls have never really done anything alone and are pretty shy so I don't know that they will go in without their mom. They really do want to see Anna and Elsa though (really just Elsa lol) so that be a strong enough motivator for them to be brave and go in together. If the standby line is 45 minutes or less I think the girls and their mom will go together. We'll see!

I certainly don't want to wish rain on your trip, but it is how we got to meet A&E (and a bonus 7DMT ride)! We were there last week just DD16 and I so obviously A&E was NOT a priority. Well, we were at MK Tuesday night and it was pouring rain and about 50 degrees. Rides were pretty much walk on and A&E was 20 mins. or less, so we of course got in the line just for fun! Mostly the waits throughout our week according to the wait apps were anywhere from 75-120 minutes and at least once 240 mins! I will say though, that talking Mickey wait times were always longer than A&E, maybe their popularity is dwindling...

It also wouldn't hurt to ask nicely if mom can go with them on the FP. Chances are they won't allow it, but there have been a few cases where a parent was allowed to go with their kids. SO you never know, you might happen to catch a break. But I would also be prepping the girls to go alone. The FP wait usually isn't long at all, and they would be just fine without an adult. And of course the PP photographer can get their picture for them. In either case, good luck!

When we went this August the waits were always 70 minutes - 90 Minutes in the summer HEAT. I never saw the line below 60 minutes wait. And we went the last week in August. I was able to get a fast pass a few weeks before we arrived by looking for 2 passes instead of 4. I got one for a mid day the day we planned to hang out in the hotel pool. So my husband and son happily stayed at the pool while we went to see Anna & Elsa, but she loved it so it all worked out.

I also agree to ask a CM if an adult can accompany the two girls in.
