So meeting Anna and Elsa is a must for me and my friends next trip an we already heard it's a 3-4 hr wait at park opening. Any one wish to share any tips on how we can shorten out wait?

I'm eager to hear thoughts as well.

Akershus is booked for the 8AM breakfast on the day that we are going to Epcot. I would try that if you are lucky enough to get an availability.

My current plan is RD at either main entrance or the IG entrance closer to the Boardwalk where we are staying. Hopefully they continue the 9AM start times throughout March.

Go to Akershus for pre-park opening breakfast and then get in line after you (quickly) eat, or get to Epcot at RD and head straight to Norway. One person can wait while the others tour the park.

depends on when your trip is....

if its very soon I don't have any great suggestions other than go right at RD or try later at night (if you have 2 days to attempt to meet them - try that on the 1st day).

if your trip is in a few weeks, a month or further out - keep an eye on the boards and on Kenny's site for scheduling information - I'm hoping Disney is going to come up with a new plan for them to meet in additional places and times. I'm sure they know of the problem and I'm confident (confession I'm also an optimist) they are working on it.

If you get there at 8 (early opening or Akershus reservation that someone sits out on) you will have an hour to wait.

If you get there at 9 you will be behind everyone who got there before 9.

Much later, and you run the risk of at least a 2 hour wait.

The thing to do is to get there the soonest you can and if you absolutely have to get in line until later in the day, check and see how long the wait is when you get there.

Im still fascinated by those who make the 8 AM Akershus reservation and then take the $10 per person fee and just go get in line for A&E.

Well some don't. They get in as fast as they can one person scarfs down their food and then goes and gets in line. Rest of the family joins them at 9

I felt bad for one family yesterday. They were on their way from Norway and were talking to another family going to Norway. I overheard the family leaving complaining about how they "got there right at 9" and it was already a four hour wait. The family hoping to see Anna and Elsa were visibly deflated as their little girl sat nicely in her stroller with a smile on. But now they couldn't because they weren't going to wait 4 hours. I feel bad for those who don't know the tricks.
