How long is this show? Have read that you need to stay till the end because it is the best part. Don't want to miss anything!

The show is throughout dinner. The room and waitstaff start out on black and white....pictures.....clothing. Then as the dinner progresses, they turn colors, with the staff donning colorful vests by dessert.
