Animated Items Not Moveable?

With any animated item (animated as in it gives that ' set animation area ' pop-up when you click on it), guests in my room are not able to move it when it's set on moveable.

I can move it when I'm not on furnishing mode, but all my guests say nothing happens when they click on the item.

Is anyone else having this bug? It's VERY annoying.

Close the window and move it. Yes it is very annyoning, and VMK NEEDS to do something about it

Just asked Phinny.

She said only the owner of an animated item can move it, even if it is set for other guests to move.
