Can anyone suggest a "plan of action" for Animal kingdom.

I.E. what days are quieter than others. what are the most popular attractions etc.

Don't know about what days are less crowded than others except for maybe early entry days for that park.

The first thing we do is head straight to Kilamanjaro Safari. The animals seem to be more active in the morning, so you will want to get to the park as soon as it opens. Also, this attraction seems to get crowded as the day goes on. After that we just work our way around the rest of the park, heading to Camp Minnie Mickey to catch the Festival of the Lion King. Great Show! Not to be missed. Anything else is hit or miss - - but we try not to miss anything. I love this park.

We usually go on Saturday or Sunday, it's not to crowded. My advice would be take your time. I think so many people rush through it. I know on our first 2 trips down here we didn't see any of the shows....boy did we miss out. My favorites must sees are of course Festival of the Lion King, the last show of the day is usually less crowded, but you can probably only catch it if you skip the parade. I also love Tarzan. There are 2 trails on the sides of The Tree of Life that will take you real close to the tree and the carvings and there is hardly anyone down them so it is nice and quite. We love the safari, it's one of those rides that will change every time you go on it. If it's warm out, do the Kali Rapids, but I would recommend saving for the last thing of the day so your not walking around all day wet. If you like thrill rides, try dinasour, my DH could go on this over and over again. O.K., i've probably bored ya crazy. Have fun!

Our favorite four attractions at Animal Kingdom are the Safari, Its Tough to be a Bug, Dinasour and Lion King. There are other attractions we really enjoy, but those are our four favorites. We do those four attractions first, and then everything else we have time for is icing on the cake. On our last trip, we really enjoyed eating lunch at the Rain Forest Cafe. It was a relaxing break after a busy morning.
