Animal Kingdom - Universal (Harry Potter)

Some advice please!! We are doing the Disney express for the transfers to and from Orlando MCO to Animal Kingdom Lodge, not renting a car because mostly we will just use the Transportation there - but we are planning at least one day at Universal to take DD16 to Harry Potter Land, I am contemplating 2 days to be less rushed, want to possibly get the package for one day/ticket from Disney I saw on here that comes with transportation. Then for the 2nd day )will probably take 2 days?) leave before they close, get a cab to Ft Wilderness, do a sleigh ride about 8? Then late show of Hoop Dee DO?

Okay, is this doable? What Universal tickets/transportation do you recommend?

I bought the DU special that was about $109 for one day/2park plus Mears transportation from WDW to US/IoA. But, that is only for one day. You can book the Mears shuttle (the day before you want to head to US) for about $19 pp, r/t.

That DU special sounds great and Tuesday when we are not on a schedule I'll probably do that... I am thinking we will need a cab back from US to FW for the sleigh ride and Hoop Dee Doo though since we can't be late and my hubby will stress out if the bus is running late!! LOL

Where do you pick up the Mears shuttle? I've read different reports here. Is it at your resort or at a central location? Do you book it at your resort at the desk or call a phone #?
