Animal Kingdom to Wilderness Lodge?

We will be in AK during the day and have Whispering Canyon Cafe ADR's that evening what is the best maybe fastest way to get there? Bus? Is there a boat we can take? How long do you think it will take to get there?

There only a bus from ak it take around 30 min because of the distance but disney transport is fast and safe so it might be shorter or longer.

I believe you should schedule at least an hour from the time you leave AK to the time you walk into WL. Keep in mind they do recommend you arrive approx 30 min before your ADR time.
