How would I get from Disney's Animal Kingdom to Dolphin Resort Hotel using Disney transportation?

Take the bus to DHS, then either walk to Dolphin, or hop on the Friendship boat to Dolphin.

Did they cut transportation between Swan/Dolphin and the parks? Obviously, resort-resort wouldn't work, but I think the OP mentioned from DAK to Dolphin ....so I'm thinking even if they did, it would be better to get dropped at BW or YBC-No? From AKL it would probably be better to head to DHS.

The quickest is to take the BW bus from AK and then walk or use the friendship boat to the Dolphin/Swan.

I think this is being made more confusing - they still have Disney buses from the parks to the Swan/Dolphin so take the bus if you're going from DAK but if you're going from the AKL then take the DHS bus and walk or boat to the Dolphin!

If they mean the PARK AK...then yes there is a direct bus to Dolphin.

Yes I did mean from Disney's Animal Kingdom (Theme Park) rather than the lodge.

We are staying at AKL, however we're going to Animal Kingdom for the morning then going late afternoon to collect our car from Alamo at the Dolphin resort.

So is there a bus from DAK (theme Park) to Dolphin resort or do we go to DHS then friendship boat/walk?

There is a bus from the park to the Dolphin

The rental counter closes at 4 PM. You probably knew that, but 'late afternoon' means different things to different people.
