Animal Kingdom Swap ELEMENTS - COMPLETE & CLOSED

Nope, it was the Africa group I was debating but I can't use the Tusker House stuff (never been there) so I wasn't sure whether it was worth it. I don't want to overload myself with swaps as we're moving house next week (yay!!!)

If anyone can use general type AK items, you can put me in spots to fill up groups. I just don't have any idea on what to make for Oasis, anteaters, tree of life, restaurants etc.

Well, instead of a specific animal, you could just do a generic habitat set. I know that I take tons of animal pictures at AK and I wasn't sure how much others did that. But, I'm sure a generic set of a habitat would work for any of the animals.

If you wanted in the Tree of Life group, you could do just leafy stuff, you wouldn't have to make a tree. Or, you could cut animals out of brown paper with the brown markers on the Cricut to make them look like carvings.

The Wildlife Express is just a train.

The Oasis is that animal habitat area inbetween the entrance and the Tree of Life. If you wanted to do that, you could just do it pretty generic for trees and animals.

Does that help at all? Please don't feel you have to fill in anywhere if you aren't comfortable with it or can't use the stuff. Also, if you can think of other ideas/themes/titles for spots let me know, I'm flexible!

I totally forgot about DeVine! Did you want to add her or switch her with something else you have?

Probably 80% of the photos I take at AK are of the animals and most of those are the tigers and gorillas. Tigers are my favorite and gorillas are DH's!

If the folks in K don't mind. We can put her there. She is in between Asia and Africa, so Oasis wouldn't work. Hopemax made this great frame using the vines from the Animal Kingdom cart. I plan on making something similar.

I think it's a great idea. I'll switch the general habitat to Devine.

I also added the Affection Section from Rafiki's Planet Watch to that group since PirateTink was on her own in that group and she was already in every other group. It's the petting area so it works for animals.

This thread is now the Progress Thread for AK Elements. I have a lot of check-in dates so that we can be sure that everyone is on top of things and if we need any angels, we can get them early. Please mark your calendars with these dates. If you will be out of town for one of the check-in dates then check-in with me early.

Please look at the groups and verify yours. Pay attention to how many to make in each group as some groups have 3 swappers and some have 4 swappers.

I moved a couple of things to complete/combine groups. PirateTink, I moved Affection Section to Group K (Animals#2) and DisneyBarlans, I moved Chip & Dale to Group N (Characters #3).
