Animal Kingdom Questions?!

We are going in July. What Savannah view can you see giraffes from? What do you see from the other savannah views? Also, what time do they do story time and what kind of story telling do they do? We have an eight year old daughter. Any information will be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi there... me again.
The AKL fan!

The allears link is invaluable... as usual.
However, I just wanted to add a few things being that you mentioned that you had an 8 yr old.
On our last visit (June 2004) My kids (10 & 7) both had a lot of fun doing the free kids activities offered by the lodge. They were excited about collecting the beads from each of the activites and had fun participating! Even if you can't make it to every one of them... try one or two. It takes a little planning to fit them in between park days but it did help us to slow down a little and truly enjoy the resort (which is a vacation in itself)!
