I have fastpasses for the Avatar ride from 6:30 - 7:30. I believe the Rivers of Light Show starts at 6:30 the night we will be there. Is it possible to do both? Thanks in advance for any insight you can provide.

Yes. Head directly to Pandora when RoL ends. You have until 7:45p to use the FP.

RoL is under 20 minutes. Depending how long it takes you to get out of the stadium, you should still have plenty of time to get there.
But as PP mentioned, a soon as the show is over, head to FoP.
