Animal Kingdom Park Bus ?

Is there a bus that runs from Animal Kingdom park to Downtown Disney? We'd like to stay until the park closes and make it for our supper reservation at 8:30.

There at no buses from parks to dtd. I would suggest hopping a bus to Saratoga springs and walking to dtd

Or AKL then to DTD. No walking required.

For that to work, you first have to take a bus from AK to AKL.

In that case, you could take a bus from AK to any resort (based on what bus appears first and is somewhat near where you're waiting) and then a bus from that resort to DTD. That would beat waiting at AK for up to 20 minutes specifically for an a bus to AKL to appear.

I would avoid buses to the Magic Kingdom resorts, because they're out of the way.

The buses from AK to AKL do not stop at BB, while buses to most other resorts do. That stop and routing can add 10-15 minutes to the travel time.

Also, the bus to AKL usually stops first at Kidani Village, which is the last stop for the bus to DTD. Many other buses stop at multiple resorts, or make multiple stops within a resort.

If BB has been closed for at least an hour, buses to Pop or AoA are also good options, as they are also single-stop resorts and "on the way" to DTD.
