Animal Kingdom meal vouchers?

Can someone explain where to purchase, what's included and price for kids and adults? Thank you!

We purchased these in August and I thought it was a great value. We bought ours at the AK ticket booth. They had a sign in front of a booth to the left side. Adults price was around $11. I don't remember price of child's. If I remember correctly, we had coupons for a meal and drink, popcorn or ice cream, and an additional drink. We ate a meal at Tusker's House, had an ice cream and picked up a drink on our way out. The meal coupon may have also included a dessert.

The Animal Kingdom "Meal Plus" Program allows you to purchase a special certificate at any Animal Kingdom counter service restaurant (Restaurantosaurus, Flame Tree Barbecue, Pizzafari, or Tusker House) that entitles you to the following:

counter service meal with small drink (non-alcoholic) - one reader reports consistently getting LARGE drinks
coupon for a box of popcorn or an ice cream
coupon for a bottle of water

The cost is $11.99 for adults and $5.99 for kids, which is quite a good deal considering that the higher-priced counter service meals alone can set you back that much, once you add the drink. You must use the coupons on the day you purchase them.
