Animal Kingdom "Meal Plus" certificate

I read on allears this was an experimental certificate...Does anyone know if these are still offered in Animal Kingdom?

It appears they are, according to the trip reports I've been reading.

These are such a great deal! They have offered them for the last couple of trips we have taken so it looks like the experiment is working.
