Animal kingdom map... Splash pad?

So my husband and I have been to Animal Kingdom countless times since we were kids.

We're heading up in a couple weeks & I got excited about Pandora so I was snooping around the updated map.
Well, I noticed something above Rainforest Cafe behind the lockers. Is this a splash pad?! I have never had a reason so go over there lol
Not that I'd use it for my girls since we take an afternoon break at the hotel pool, but I'm curious! What IS that?!
