What's the story with allears report of a new DVC at AKL?

Well...its been posted all over the DIS with artist renderings and even an estimated price at $115 per point. I talked to the DW last night and she wasn't very impressed....she enjoys BWV and the walk to Epcot. Savanah view won't do it for her. I was hoping for the CRV instead....
