Animal Kingdom lithographs

When we bought into BCV, we were given a lithograph that we later had framed. Does anyone know if you get those with other DVC resorts when you add on? We just added on AKV and would love another framed picture of our new "home".

Was this the 15 year litho, or one of just the BW? I was only aware of the
15th anniversary litho.

AKV was offering your name on a tapestry to be displayed in the resort lobby; however, the deadline for that has past, I believe it ended 2/28/07. You had to purchase at least 150 points in order to get your name on the tapestry. There was rumor that each person listed on the tapestry would get there own miniaturerized version, but I'm not sure of that.

We got one with our VWL add on along with a tote bag. I love it! For AKV, they are only giving out a tote bag. I would rather have a lithograph so I could hang it next to the one we have for VWL.

The tote bag should be in the Fed Ex box with your AKV paperwork. So far, nobody has reported getting a lithograph for AKV. DVC doesn't seem to be giving them out for AKV.

Can you buy lithographs of the resorts anyhwere? We did not receive one for SSR (if they gave them) or our BCV add-on. We would also like to frame them for a new Disney room we are decorating.

We didn't even get the tote bag -- just a ton of papers to sign and a reminder to send the check. Not that I need yet another tote bag -- they seem to reproduce in my closet!

If you want the same lithograph sent to DVC members then try ebay. I see one being auctioned off every so often. Some resorts have lithographs for sale in their gift shop but it won't be the same one that members received when they purchased points.
