go in the afternoon
Festival of the Lion King
see the parade
maybe do the safari
find some other stuff you'd be interested in trying if there's time
when the park closes, head over to AKL to check out the resort and have dinner at Boma.

The Kali River Rapids (I think that's right) is a great ride, but we skipped it in February. We LOVED the Tarzan show. Great. Fantastic. The Tree of Life has to be seen. We never spend a whole day there. I don't need to explore the nature part of it. It's not my thing. I know for some people it is. You'd be missing out, though, to just skip the park because you don't like animals. There is an amazing group of acrobats/gymnastics guys that you have to see. This is definitely not an all day park for us. I'm planning on going to EMH and being done by noon or so.
