Sorry to hear about the bad meals. We rarely eat at Flametree as we enjoy Satu'Li so much more, but enjoyed the last time we dined there last year. Our ribs were far different than yours.
At WDW, we just avoid the burgers. Never had a good one. Their chicken tikika masala, korean beef, miso salmon and honey chicken were all good. We also enjoyed the appetizer sampler, but I don't see that in the current menu.

Maybe it was just a fluke. I typically don’t get burgers other than the bison at Geyser Point. I might try that honey chicken. Sounds good.
