I have 461 Animal Kingdom and SSR points at $19/point currently available with a September Use year. I have many years of experience renting points, including here on the DISboards.
Points are available for all resorts. However. Reservations can be made at Animal Kingdom and SSR 11 months prior to your stay. All other DVC resorts, reservations can be made 7 months prior to your stay.
Points will be charged at $19/point for all resorts. Reservations 50 points or less will be $21/point for all resorts. A 25% deposit is required once the reservation has been made in your name and a confirmation email has been sent. The Balance will be due 90 days prior to your arrival date. All payments are in USD, and payment can be made by check, Interac e-Transfer in Canada, or by PayPal. Please note that a 3% fee will be added for PayPal transactions.
Reservations can be canceled within seven days after booking with a refund less PayPal fees, provided notice is given in writing more than 31 days prior to check-in. Any reservation that is cancelled after this window will forfeit the deposit of 25%. However, I will work with the renters if changes to the reservation need to be made.
