Nook is buying turnips for 620 in my town!! I will only be on for another hour or so but I will set the time back before I go to bed and will open my gates as soon as I get home from work tomorrow. The price should hold. Dang I wish I had bought turnips!!

I was hoping there would be an answer. One of our characters has a b/day coming up this week - I saved one of the balloon presents in case that might work. When it was my birthday, they all sent cards and presents in the mail. Maybe that's how you do it?

Do you have to say something specific in the letter? I've sent letters before and said something like "Happy birthday!" in them but never got a response from the neighbor.

I have to catch a Shark for my son today!!! That is the only fish he needs that ends today for his Golden Fishing Rod!!! While I was looking at the list I noticed that I missed the Giant Snakehead so it looks like I can not get mine until next June!!

I will be on all day waiting for a fin!!!!

I have not had any luck with the fin so far. I have to catch the King Salmon for myself and then the Giant Snakehead. I think my son needs that darn Shark and the Pike which is around for a while!

Yes, it is a huge shadow! And is in fresh water. I just checked, and they are out between 4pm and 9am.

Thank you again for the mini-meet the other day! I am still confused as to why the Wii Speak did not work in Lilshire but it did in Richtown!! I forgot to ask my son about it!!

Duchie I can not believe you said you just started over with this game!! How did you get so many hybrids??? Your town is beautiful!!!

Susan I love the catalog town you have!!! I picked up a festive tree and I can't wait to show my son!! I would love to just come back over sometime to "shop" it was so cool!!!

And we are working on our town grade...AGAIN!!! We have no idea how we lost it a couple of weeks ago but just having a horrible time. I want to reset our game. We have had it for almost a year. We don't play a lot anymore, and I just thought that might get us back into it. I love the game, but a new set up and fresh neighbors could be kinda cool. (?)

I have also learned a lot regarding getting a perfect town score, and think it might be easier to start from fresh.

Thoughts?
