Wow, you miss alot if you don't check for a whole day!
Had to work today. It was very cold at 6AM!! Not much better now!

LK: Sounds like a great time! The limo could have stopped here: I am really close! I love the Pgh Steak Co. That is one of my favorite restaurants. I usually get the crab legs though if they have them. They are the best!

Lars: the plate sounds like a perfect present

Gail: Lasagna sounds wonderful about now.

All this food talk is making me hungry.

Sandi: I enjoyed your pictures. Also checked out your Punta Cana pics. That's on my list of places to go someday.

Hi to everyone else.

We have couples bunco tonight, but I can't stay too late.
Need to get my beauty sleep!
I added myself on the schedule tomorrow to work again. They are crazy busy at the hospital and have NO staff!

Have a good night all and stay warm!

Our tree is still up too. Takiing it down is on the "to do" list for the weekend.

Sarah and I went shopping today. We were gone for more than 5 hours. She got, with my money, 4 pairs of pants, a pair of shoes, and a shirt to wear with black pants to the winter formal. I got a salt shaker and dog food. Ah, parenthood.

Need to get moving on dinner. Meatloaf here.

Well, I'm all snuggled in for the night, bought myself a new trashy novel, fuzzy posters for the kids, and DH is going to a friend's house to watch the football game.....if he'd just hurry up and go I could get my PJs on......

YES, I was talking about buying tickets for ME to see the LION KING....though tickets to the THE LK (4) might sell well on e-bay too!!

Later gators

Good evening all. We went out to the new house today, Pete is very excited about it, even tho he wouldn't go in, he didn't want to meet the sales person. Now I have a dilema, there is a single Family home around the corner from here that just went on the market, it is zoned commercial, it can be used as an owner occupied business, right now it's just residential. And the price is right, so I have to think, do I want brand new further away or do I want to check into this and see if there is space for my boutique? I will have to think, think, think.

I thought LK meant LK4 also, ha ha!!!

Lars, I love the plate gift too.

FM - I take it you are a nurse? A very admirable profession. I try to leave the nurses alone when I have to be in the hospital, the wquicker I can go home the happier I am, and they can help the people that really need them.

Carol, take me next time, I am a bargin hunter, I bet I could have added at least 2 sweaters to the pile!

E, can you sue the bowling ball manufacturer for lacfk of DIS time?

CS, great news that you get to see the BF! We still want to see pictures.

LK, I think you all had a great time, I am glad you let Logan show off to his pals, what a treat for the LK4!

SB, did she not even drive by to let you see the limo????

I also got a very nice PM from SSB, what a sweet guy. I am glad we have the men around.

I did get a new bag/purse today, too. I picked it up last week, DH said it wasn't me, but when I showed him the printed side. he got it, it has the Mouse on it! Very cute, but no price last week, so this time, I got one with the tag. I should take a picture to show you all.

:wave2: :wave2: to whomever I missed.

In my defense, SB and I live about 45 minutes away from each other. If she lived closer, of course I would have driven by her house and beeped! :smooth:

You mean you would have drivin' by and rubbed it in!!!! I would have gladly raided the liquor stash!!

Marsha - when do you have to make a final decision on the TH? You have a lot to think about there.

FM - don't work too hard. I'm really going to have to check out that restaurant since you like it too.

Steph - in your jammies yet?

Carol - sounds like your DD got some nice shopping done. I returned things yesterday, but didn't shop since I wasn't in the mood.

All the cleaning is done now - just waiting for my company to come around 8. Then, munchie time!

I'm home. The trip was uneventful. While David was in his meeting I checked out the shopping in Stillwater. I went to several antique shops, a few clothing shops, the Episcopal Church thrift store, a scrapbook store and Eskimo Joes.

I found the coat Amy was wanting at Old Navy. Here at our store they didn't have her size. So she is a happy camper and it was on sale. They also had flip flops in David's size so I got him two pair. They are a necessary part of his wardrobe since he swims and his old pair broke.

After I picked up David, he want with me to eat some cheese fries at Eskimo Joe's. Not exactly diet food, but soooo good! And then we came back home.

My tree is still up. Sounds like it's an angel thing. I'm hoping to get everyone to help me with it tomorrow. Allen says he'll take the lights off the house, too.

Sorry the heat is still not working. Are you guys about to freeze?

The Lion King sounds wonderful. Thanks for posting pics for us.

We are trying to decide where to go for our dinner. Allen says I don't have to cook since I was gone all day. I didn't argue. ;)

Donna, I agree, you can sure miss a lot if you can't check in! I hope you have fun playing bunco.

Carol, I think you need to go shopping again just for yourself. Sounds like you need a few more things for youself ;)

Steph, sounds like a nice evening for yourself. Enjoy!

Marsha, that's quite a thing to think about with the house. I am sure you'll go with what is best though :) LOL, sue the bowling company!! Others have sued for worse things than that I am sure ;)

Sorry LK, I was thinking the same thing as Lorraine aobut rubbing it in :p

Merry, good deals you found there! Always good when you can find things like that and on sale too!

Head still hurts... and I am such a slug and haven't done anything at all today :o

phew...I diddn't think he'd ever get outta here :rotfl: but alas DH has headed off to bond with the rest of the men...and I am nice and comfy in my PJs. Course I did give him a hard time about NOT inviting me to go...I think his comment was something along the lines of "yeah, okay, Mrs. Pajamas"......

If I were a smart girl, I'd get the house all cleaned up tonight so I don't have to do a thing tomorrow.....naaaaah.....my new book is calling to me....

SSB sending PMs to all the angels??? I feel so left out....

Marsha...I have some traffic counts for several areas in the Derry area, PM me with the address and I can look it up for you (quicker than getting it from the state or town) and that may help you make a decision on your commercial/residential property.

We picked out our flooring, and the place isn't open tomorrow, so that will be my task for Monday...wonder how long that will sit in our house before DH gets motivated to actually installing it

Night everyone!

Well, I thought and thought and thought. The commercial property is NOT for me!!! The property itself is nice, a little old, but when I thought about what it is across from (a dumpy strip mall) and next to (a combo house/barber shop), and the fact that Pete would be embarassed to invite anyone over..............

But now he has found something else he wants to drive by tomorrow, but I doubt it is going to be anything he will like. (He has indecisiveness up the butt). But I have no doubts we will be in the TH in June as planned.

What a football game we are watching!!!! GO Panthers!!!!!!!!!!

Merry, comfort food, you need it after being sick.

Steph, when you get the floors, let me know. I'll talk Pete into at least driving up there to "hmmm and well, you could do it this way", you know a professional mans opinion.

Man, this game is getting really good, all tied up, Panthers miss the FG, Rams used 2 time outs already, woo hooo, I love football.

LOL, Steph, do enjoy your night!!!!

Marsha, makes perfect sense what you said. SOunds like you are making a good decision by this. Good luck with Mr. Indecisive though ;)

Well, the decorations and lights are off the tree but we are going to wait until daylight to take it outside. And I got the creche packed away. The dining room table is covered with other decorations that need to be packed up. I think I will sit down with DH and knit and have a cup of tea and finish tomorrow.

Marsha, I have taught DD well. She bought nothing that was not on sale. The 4 pairs of pants were $82, not too bad for 2 jeans and 2 dress slacks.

So when do you Angels want to schedule a chat session?

just wanted to see if the picture I added to my signature worked. Its from our trip in 2002.

Carol, your DD shops the way I do... if it isn't on sale, I usually do not buy it!

Pic looks freat Bethany!

I am headed to bed I think. Night y'all :)

Cute picture Bethany!!:D

Good night E:o

I'm off to bed too~see ya all in the morning!!:sunny:

What a cute picture, Bethany.

I'd like to chat. Don't know when would be a good time, though.

I seldom buy clothes unless they are on sale. The exceptions are shoes and jeans when the kids need them. If I can't find a sale, I just go ahead and get them.

I'm tired too. I'm going to try to do church in the morning unless I'm coughing harder than tonight. I missed going last week. So I'm off to bed. See you tomorrow.

Thanks for the compliments. We just happened to get to meet Sorcerer Mickey at MGM on the last trip. The CM was outside the door trying to get people to come in and meet Mickey. I mumbled something about it probably being a long line and we wouldnt have time to get back for the parade. There were only about 6 families in front of us.
Sam was stunned speechless when we walked in and saw Sorcerer Mickey (he was on a Fantasia kick at that time). It was one of my favorite moments from the trip.

Er, um...

Some tech wizard gave SSB his hat... but loved the story of your meeting.. way cool!!

Darned Rams lost.. but at least New England made it through.

Going hiking on nature trails/wildlife preserve with SSB's three kiddos in the morning... had great time this afternoon at new local nature park, and then watching Harry Potter and having X-Box competition. Had to keep up with games via Yahoo, but fine with me, as having a blast.

:)
