What a day. Between fighting to get the kids moving this morning, going to work, trying to get our accommodations settled for the Lion King tomorrow night, and an "incident" that Logan and his friends had with a neighborhood girl after school, I am ready to say "Calgon, take me away!!!!"

Regarding Logan, there are two sisters that live up the street that we have had some "issues" with in the past regarding bullying, etc. I guess some horseplay with a bunch of the kids after school today led to some pushing and the girl ran home crying to her dad. I can understand her dad being upset, and Logan and the other boys apologized, but I just wish this group of kids would learn to stay away from each other. They can play nicely sometimes, but more often than not, there is usually lots of fighting. Not the physical kind, but just kids being mean to each other.

I hope Winston feels better soon, and Mrs. AA enjoys her night with friends.

The good news is that I finally got everything settled for my Lion King prize package from the radio station. Tomorrow, the limo is picking us up at 4:30 and taking us to dinner and then the show. I am so excited!!

I had a bad day at work. The management shows no loyalty to its employees. I am not going to get into details but if I didn't have college tuition looming in a few months, I think I would have quit today. I really like my patients and what I can do for them but sometimes the politics of it all is too much to take. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.

Andrew started tennis lessons tonight. It will be interesting to hear how he liked them.

fortunately, our oil guy is a friend from school, and he is here now fixing it....we called at 10:30, and he's here 1/2 hour later....that's pretty good service!!

I guess I need to try to figure out how to get a countdown timer. I'm not very good at things like posting pictures or adding timers. I think I'm a little slow when it comes to technical stuff.
