It was 40 degrees when I got up this morning. Now the temp is dropping into the 20s and it's windy. Brrrr. They are expecting measurable snow on Sunday. My kids have their fingers crossed.

I'm still cleaning out my laundry room. It's been a collecting area for anything we don't have a place for. It's beginning to look nicer. But I'd rather be DISing.

MP - it is a tad breezy here, too. 40 MPH gusts, and 18 MPH steady. The snow that fell yesterday was pretty dry, and the wind is blowing it all over, why did I shovel?

LK, I think you will have a blast. If I still had my flute, I would do it, too. I am sure I remember how to read music (treble clef, been way too many years away from the piano for bass), and I remember the basics still, even tho it's beenm almost 33 years! I will have to look into it after I move.

Well, my DS just called, he is keeping busy with his band, the restaurant and his GF. They will be out of work from about the middle of APril till the week before Memorial Day, mud season does not bring the tourists to Winter Park. He and the GF are looking to drive east, visit friends in FL and take a cruise. Then he thinks he wants to visit here. It's a ways off, maybe I can talk him out of it. I really don't want to deal with guests in this house.

Stephanie, did you get to make any withdrawals today?

Alan, i don't care about the double negatives, I lived too long in the south to think you meant anything other than what you said.

Oh my, you guys are exactly what I needed to see after today.... one meeting after another and none were particularly enjoyable. Just looking foward to going home honestly. To top it off, we got back from our last meeting with a message saying that our system that we use to do pretty much all of our work would be down for 30 minutes

Lorraine, it really stinks, no food. The last one was in a very hot, overly heated place and we were fanning ourselves for an hour. Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday

brrrrrr, it is freezing here. A whopping 3, and who knows how bad the wind chill is. They are claling for wind chill advisories tonight and tomorrow.
Otherwise, I have been a shopping fool We fell into a few bucks and have been having fun spending it this week. Managed to find several incredible bargains at Kohl's, including winter coats for dh ($35) and one for Sam ($25). I also found a couple pairs of shorts for our trip in March for $3.50 a pair. Notbad for Lee's and Levi's.
Thats about it from here, DH wants to go to the book store tonight, darn the bad luck. There is also a Container Store in the same mall, I think I will have to stop in there as well.
