Gail, hope all goes well for your MIL. But you did make me feel a bit better to know I'm not alone.
Star, I speak from experience. Don't keep pictures on your hard drive. When our computer caught fire, I was sweating it out over the pictures that I hadn't burned to a CD. My cruise photos were among those that I hadn't burned yet. Luckily we recovered them all.
Marsha and Star, you really should consider scrapbooking. You don't have to be terribly creative to make nice pages and they are so fun to look at after you've put them together. I have to say it's the hobby of mine that my family appreciates the most.
I'm cross-eyed tonight. Just got all the hamburger grilling mess cleaned up and in the dishwasher, so I'm heading to bed.
I'm saying a prayer for everyone in harm's way tonight. The storm looks pretty bad.
I'm gonna have to tape it............I'll be running between Driver's Ed & 3rd grade open house.............................why don't' the schools check the TV schedule before they plan these things
Star, I absolutely love your photos!!! They are awesome!
You really ought to give that scrapbooking a try! It's a lot of fun!
Since my mom's been out of the hospital, I've gone from working 5 days a week to 3 1/2 days a week, (off Fridays, half day on Wednesdays) and I'm loving it.
