Hey all, guess who I just heard from - that's right our friends down in WDW. They were on the fast pass line waiting to get into the Haunted Mansion................(appropriate don't you think Donna - Haunted Mansion)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, I was blessed with a phone call because someone ratted me out about a post I made about all the phone calls......anyone care to own up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So let that be a lesson to the rest you................watch what you post.....................

Don't tell our friend but the connection wasn't that great and I almost hung up on her thinking she was a telemarketer
I don't even want to think about the posts that would have caused

They are having a good time despite, a brief shower so far today

I can't believe i'm doing this after saying i wouldn't!! went to see a house tonight and love it.....want it now!!! contacting the solicitor tomorrow but ultimately if the valuation is lower than the asking price (or someone gets there quicker) we have no chance...............keep your fingers crossed over the next few days

Cami..sorry to hear about the jerk that drove into your car!! Hope nobody was hurt.

Brief version of the story of Andrew:

About 10:00 last night I heard AJ come upstairs and say to his sister that it was time for bed...Meghan being the slowpoke she is didn't move really quick. AJ stopped outside my office and proceeded to climb up the doorjam.....anyone else's kids do this???? Anyone??? Well, he slipped and fell on his left arm....I could tell immediately from the way his arm was positioned that he broke it.

We called my mom, and she came right over to get Meghan. Off we went to the hospital.....he broke both bones in his forearm, clean through, and angular.

They called in an orthopedic surgeon and he reset the bone and put a cast on it that is halfway between his shoulder and elbow.....so...no swimming or soccer for the next 3 weeks.

AJ was an absolute trooper....I wish I had the strength he showed. As you know DH is away at camp, so he didn't find out until this morning. I've now been up for close to 36 hours....I'm beyond tired, and can't go to bed until the other two crash tonight....

Thanks everyone for your well wishes...they mean a lot to me...even if I haven't take the chance to thank you all personally.

Hey Steph sounds like AJ is doing better than you. My youngest daughter used to climb on everything including doorjams. She would also swing on the doorknobs. By the time she was 4 or 5 my one friend was amazed that we had so far managed to stay out of the ER with her, she was always doing things that would stretch the last nerve to the max.

You'll feel better after a good night sleep.

So, has anyone heard the story about the Governor of NJ?!

Did I mention earlier that I came home with swimmers ear? Does anyone know a good remedy? I bought the Auro-Dri stuff and its not working. Any other ideas?

If it is truely swimmer's ear, I think you will need to go to the doctor for antibiotic ear drops. At least that is what worked for me and my kids. Hope you feel better soon.
