Instead of having my wisdom teeth removed to celebrate LK and SB's birthday, I had 5 (I blame inbreeding) cut out on my own birthday!

Men are expected to be whiny when sick and I say that dental work should actually provide Lou with a full weekend of a silver bell to ring for Gerri.

So the man card is safe.

Lou - LOL! I am still in shock that he sent me flowers for my b'day - usually it's only for our anniversary. he put my gifts on the kitchen table, and it's been very hard to keep walking past them w/o opening them up. hopefully he will be home soon! drink some of that whiskey and feel better in the morning.

Alan - you are cracking me up today!

MP - glad you mom listened to you.

Shannon and I went to the mall for lunch and to browse through the stores. I bought Brendan a sweater vest for the Christmas picture and I bought Shannon the most adorable sweater w/ white fur around the collar - got them at The Childrens Place. We decided on going to the North Park Clubhouse for dinner - it has great food and games for the kids. See ya later!

Went to Baltimore today with Andrew and had lunch with my mom before his MD appt. He is at a friends now and DH and I are going out to dinner with another couple. I better go get dressed.

Lou~ I am so sorry that you had to go through that today. I remember when my DH had to have his taken out.........he was miserable. You can have one free day without any danger of losing your man card (no matter what Donna says)....go ahead & get all that mushiness out today though...I can only hold the Man Police at bay for so long.

LOL, so I should keep the story about how all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed on the same day... how i wasn't knocked out and how I was up and about eating potato chips that night (I was given the okay on all foods as long as I was careful and it wasn't and extreme temp) all to myself right?

I've got dinner on. David may be taking Emily to a hockey game tonight. So I'm waiting to find out before I finish fixing dinner. If so, he won't be eating with us.

Tomorrow is the Scout "weed and bleed". They do clean up around the church where we meet and also do a blood drive. Allen and David will be working and "bleeding". Not sure what Amy and I have planned. Probably just some picking up and cleaning. Oh joy! I'm hoping to curl up in a chair and watch a movie tonight.
